Careerlist offers top-quality recruiting services for some of the world's biggest companies, and needed a refined brand aesthetic to communicate the sophistication and modernity of its platform. With few existing brand components available — and an aversion to most stock photography — we leveraged Careerlist's trademark ladder icon and built an iconographic-forward visual language to underscore the various features of the company's recruiting process and AI technology. The refined branding came alive in the form of a new website, in addition to social media templates and various marketing collateral.
